It is beyond me to accept <blacklisted> when you are doing the right thing. one time i took a retailer to court for 1 back charge. the back charge was the customer wanted a longer jumper because he moved his tv. 150.00 was back charged to my tech. this my friends was the largest chain retailer in the us. sooooooooo.........they charged everyone down the chain.....the distributor to the prime to us. and since i went back up the chain to figure it out i encountered a funny phenomena......no one knew why...but it came from the top. too all my clients i was advised to not make waves and accept it. to me accepting something that isn't right isn't an option. i took them to court and won. long story short...........we still do work for them 3 years later.
