File a form SS-8 with the IRS. That will screw him. If you are successful, you can then go to the Department of Labor for that state with the ruling by the IRS and they will get you your money.
Also, send a NOTICE OF INTENT TO LIEN to the addresses of every customer you installed. Make sure to put DTV or Dish's name and number on it, whoever it was for. If you do that, make sure to send a copy of that same letter to the company you did the work for so he knows that his world is about to get F*cked by Dish or DTV. Neither company will be happy when they get a few hundred subs screaming their heads off about being charged for their free install. If you need help with this, consult an attorney.
