"80/20 thing?" I don't know what that is. About the rest, I am getting a picture of what what on and it seems much of the problem may be with the guy I was getting the work from.
The Directsatusa call center was a mess.....they crossed the line a bit with ETAs and long hold times. About the lost receivers.....I can't help but think that if they were really lost there would be some sort of cops involved in finding them. I assumed someone lied so I sued them and got a judgment for my money.
