Guys that's just men with determination. It's about how it was in the walking strand and telco back in the 80's. Then later of course OSHA got into the act and the phone guys were pissed when we'd blaze past their guys on a productive work day. I heard the CWA guys only had to produce 700 feet per day and we'd do 2200 feet per day. Now I know there aren't a whole lot linemen today the the heart to even try something like that ..I know not enough money... OSHA regs....f-that I ain't a fool are the words of the day.... but hey you gotta respect the heart of those guys... it's about what you will do not about what you won't!
