Many WON'T learn english. Go to their country and see how far you get without learning their language. They won't put a special number to press for english in their country. Why are the people in this country who support this so stupid? They live in white neighborhoods and don't practice what they preach that's why. I am freinds with my neighbors but they learned english. They didn't move to a neighborhood where only their foreign language was spoken. But again ....we are racists for thinking people should speak the language of the country they have decided to live in. (sarcasm) (for those that don't get it) (there are some out there.)
