This is the same crap I find out in San Fran at least once a week. I just destroy their plants rock gardens or what ever is in my way. I be damned if I pay 3.50 for a gallon of gas and not make a dime cause some joe blow decided to build a permanent fixture over our boxes!!!!You should see the reactions I get when I am digging up stuff in there yard :)
