do a search for "CATV construction manual". I found a couple of sites. I dont think u will find any that are from a cable co. online cause they view that kind of stuff as confidential information. Unless some individual posted it online. I do know that when i worked for comcast they had one on their Intranet but you had to be an employee with a password to gain access to it.
Some of the NCTI books that i have also have some info, but it is mostly general info.
Alot of the manuals that i have havent been changed in 30yrs. Still have pictures and instructions dated from the 70's
