Dont that just tick you off man I'd be hot. Everybody wants lights nobody wants a light pole! Be nice if you could charge him, actually you could but whos got the time to go to court? I once had to find about 20 manhole lids under about 6 inches of new asphalt, it sucked using a locator, prints and a wheel. Then driving a railroad spike in the general area untill I heard a "ring" !!!! Talk about a hard days work only to uncover them all pump and blow em out and rehab em all emptying ducts out for the tele co. The city was not pleased with my methods and I wasnt pleased with theirs either.
