Re: No Misdemeanors for the last 7 years.

The puzling question is, That particular MSO requires a backround check which they themselves are to review NOT the prime. It is to be to the sole discretion of the MSO. At least that is what I was told by a contractor rep.
With that being said, who realy dropped the ball there?
