I dont know about bribes. I do know that there are people out there whom are so insecure that to teach others anything would put their own jobs in jeopardy. (in their minds) because these insecure people have not bothered getting to the next level in chosen career. But for no one at all to teach this person what att. is, thats unbelievable.
