In indy the QC guy is very good. They look at the brand and the number on the cable, and if it dosent match then you have to go out within 48 house and replace it with "dish network approved cable"
Only time you dont is with pre-wired houses, they dont require you too replace a pre-wired house with approved cable.
This goes for any supply that touches a customers house, inside and out. They evengo inside the house and check the cable, diplexers, barrels, etc.
