So let me get this right,
You front all the RX's and labor, along with whom ever partners with you, and I guess you split up the activation, sales and install commissions. And then wait for 18 months to see if they pay you. Meanwhile should they fail to maintain the commercial activation agreement from whomever, You get the chargeback.
