I don't usually stick my nose in to affairs such as this, But, I do see a lot of husband and wife teams out there these days.
And I do believe he was just making a point (wife being OTJ).
The manor in which you reply about his wife can be misconstrued as taking a personal pot shot at his family work ethics. You do not know the circumstances,none of us do for that matter. My Wife came on a project once as a driver and ground hand. Does that mean I don't know what I am doing?
As I said, there a lot of husband and wife teams surfacing these days. Mostly in installs and specialty projects. I only saw One woman being a ground hand while I was in boluxi, Ms. I did not see any other females on the constuction side.
