Re: Legal question for apartment complex.

Unless the owner of the apartment complex has a written agreement with the service provider the cable and all equipment belongs to him or her. That is Texas real estate law. Do not know about the rest of the country. TWC or Grande will not rewire a complex without a long term contract.
