Sem V8

I need to transport a single channel from one headend to another using ASI input and GIG-E output at the source, to GIG-E input Quam output at the destination. Has anyone manually configured a SEM V8 to work with this configuration. I have Motorola blaming the network and the netwok blaming the SEM setup. We have checked the data input to the router at the source with a quam analyzer and have video at that point but no video at the destination. Our network guy thinks that the SEM is not including the destination information in the data stream. All I know for sure is, It don't work. Any information would be appreciated.
