More people died on 9/11 than Pearl Harbor and I dont think were united yet. We've sold out the steel industry and many others to overseas labor,I doubt we could match the output of the WW2 effort if we wanted too. We certainly could not build the tanks,ships and planes independently as we depend on China for the majority of our steel.
