No they really do suck. Every T.V. has to be setup a different way and half the time dispatch screws the process up because they type in one digit wrong of the forty you have just told them. They also pay the us the same as a digital box upgrade but take at least an hour. If I see that I have one, I just call the customer and tell them that we are out of cable cards at the warehouse but that I could install a digital box for them.
