Guess ya got a point... but like my Pop I enjoy being a grumpy old man I wonder if we can have our own job posting section 'cause I know I wouldn't want any greenhorns that can't walk the gauntlet .....Hmmm.. this may work to our advantage.....I'm a little slow sometimes.
