I worked for Comcast/ATT/Time Warner you're probably looking at a piece rate unless you're going in house. In-house pays a flat hourly rate around 12 to 13.00 depending on your experience. Piece rate is horrible it pays 2.00 to 3.00 per disco that includes non-pays. If you have to collect money, you'd be better off asking to do cable installs. Non pays are bad, people can be crazy.
