where can i get intinuators?

vegassatelite brought this topic up a while ago, but never got the answer he or i was looking for. what we are looking for are filter-looking devices that increase the upstream power level. for example i am installing an arris emta and my upstream power level/ transmit level, or "tx" is below specifications. my downstream is at -9.5, my upstream is at 34. specs being at -10 to +5, 40- 50; respectfully, I need to increase upstream without decreasing downstream. Does anyone know where i can purchase these "filter-looking" devices? They come in varying db/mv increase ranging from +3 to +12. Any help would be greatly appreciated! thanks in advance, A frustrated tech.
