I wanted to be the last to chime in.
I had dealings with DirectsatUSA in Baltimore as a sub of a sub. You can expect long hold times to close jobs. Primitive routing; 4 AM installations with as much as an hour per installation closing the jobs. You will get calls from the CSR about ETA updates. And you may not be paid. They "loose "
boxes..or at least they report that to be the case. Even though your worksheet has a confirmation number issued by the CSR you waited to speak to they may say the job was not closed promptly so no bucks. I could go on.
You want to discover if you will be an employee or a contractor..they don't know the difference.
