Comcast is in Central Florida, no franchise in the City of Orlando but does serve East, West and South Orange county as well as some in Kissimmee and St. Cloud.
I think they have a total of just under 35,000 subs in all areas...
You can install there and completely get away with murder tho' no QC and really relaxed on the specs!!
