actually they forced every one to incorporate in november, then turned around a month or so later and forced every one to be employees. they still dont pay overtime and force u to help out the other techs that are slacking. over all the pay is not what it should be, but if u kiss butt u can get decent work. just dont forget the last man out rule when u have 8 - 10 jobs and dont get paid for anything else except what the work order calls for
