DT; i believe i am the one who is out over 600.00 for lodging for both you and LO in just over a 2 week period. If neither of you had any intentions of staying, you should have not come out here to begin with.
you asked if you could make money here, i told you my splicers are doing 80,000 + a yr, the fact that you 2 were only making 400+ a week speaks for itself.
if you would like for me to post all the issues during the 2weeks you were here i can, but i would rather not waste my time.
now as far as the upgrade in wichita is concerned, it is what it is, its a very old system and it keeps on ticking, im sure the sweep is a pain in the ass. As far as specs for the splicing go, they have been that way since the upgrades started a few years ago. If the primes did not tell you about dressing up on the splicing then that was thier oversight.
