i get 77 and 20. i'm at the bottome because i quit and did something else in the busy season. top (what i used to get is 79 and 22.50) they pay for the concrete and the poles as well as the eave plates. i still install superdishes, but now they call them 500+ and 1000+ dishes. same thing different mast. you are talking to thieves. don't work for that. hell dtv pays more than that. dish isn't slow. not here in dallas. i'm abouit to switch shops because they've gone to far with work..............i can't keep up without 12 voicemails a day from the new dispatchers that when you tell them the equipment you used have to ask 4 times how to bill you as these incompentents are in charge of crediting you for you labor. it's ridiculous and i won't work this way much longer.
