5.40 is a disgraceful, and shameful. Pretty soon you'll need to pay the customer to reconnect. In other words the price is so low, why not just charge the tech the 5.40 to reconnect so he can brag he has a job.
The same applies to the satellite industry. The price of gas is outrageous, and the pay is not economically sound.
Wake up and realize NOW, the industry needs you more than you need them. By staying and not taking your ground, you'll be forever taken advantage of.
