Re: Fiber Backfire?

The situation here is going in the right direction. These people are currently locked into a "Service Contract", which by law they cannot be forced to continue with poor performance. The only problem these homeowners are going to run into when this case goes to court is that are likely to be found liable for the cost of placing this fiber and such in there neighborhood, kinda like people cancelling cell service. I wish those folks luck, and do feel they will be successful in booting the losers.
