1985 T-Bird

Have a 1985 T-bird, 302 engine. It has a digital instrument cluster and the oil pressure gauge shows low oil and won't stop beeping. We changed the oil, so we know there is enough oil. Do we have to reset the gauge and if so how is this done. Thanks for any help from the dawgs.
