I received a formal letter from the court assigned caretaker of the bankruptcy of GFC and all associated companies. It list Ed Clemmons, Ken Stess, Bob DiBetta, and a couple of others as executives who have posted an interest in the assets. It also stated something to the effect that if the court approves the "Marian" case claim, they (Cerberus) may pay out on all labor () claims of wages. I will try to scan and post this doc sometime this weekend.
Anyone else receive one?
