Rocking R could be a A1 company if they just stop wasting time and energy babysitting green techs. I understand the need for new blood but if you send an 18 year old kid out w/ a tech who has three four setters to do, he learns nothing. And when a guy is not working out you need to be a man and tell him. Anyway I will say baring some oops's there checks have been right. I think they might be going through a growing stage and maybe will work through. The good thing is if they do or not us tech's will always eat.
