What I don't understand is how this happens? I mean when it comes down to it, its a game of numbers and bandwidth,it works or it doesn't. Who gets away with these scams? I wouldn't stake my career behind faulty engineering schemes.I've always stated part of my job description should be "part time magician" to repair inherited brain farts!
