That was sent to me from my son after a conversation we had. I was telling him about my bank which I do press 1 for English and how I had gone to JC Penny last week and noticed all of their signs are now in English and Spanish. Even a local laundry mat now has signs in both. Some would say this is not unusual if you were near the border but this is a small city in the east. It is county wide. Anyone who is going to live and work here they should do it legally and be required to speak English which is our nations language There is enough miscommunication in this country without not understanding what someone is saying.
