This was invented and tried for the first time about 5 or 6 years ago.
Discovery Channel had a whole show about it. The guy that cam up with it was a lineman for 30 years. The first time he did it he had to sign saying if he got killed he would not hold the power co responcable. Then he had to post bond for the chopper and find a pilot willing to get that close to power lines.

I still would not do it.
