I think ya gotta forget the class action suite. It makes it easier for the judge and lawyers but the members of the class get a small portion of the judgment after the lawyers on both sides pay themselves.
It's really time to get out. The HSP solution to high turnover and tech resignation is to run more ads. The last two companies I did installations for owe me money. The ones I respect left the business.
