Its not the same AT&T. Different company, same name. People in this industry would be wise to get on board with the telcos cable roll out, especially guys who dont mind working in-house. The pay for installers ranges between $22-25/hr in most areas. This is employee pay with company paid benefits. If their employees get this much, I imagine the contractor pay should be quite a bit more. Veizon & AT&T are both agrresively hiring for these positions across the country. Its very tempting for me. I just cant do the in-house thing anymore. Manily because of 3 simple letters, G.P.S.
