I would stay away from direct mostly becouse a large percentage of their installs are done by mastic. This effects you as an installer even if you don't work for mastek. I rarely see a quality job performed by them and the amount of trouble calls is huge. And you simply make no money off of trouble calls unless you bill the customer directly. Just my opinion. Mr Mastek, proove me wrong!
