T7 through 1/2 of T10 is Ham and Short wave. The other 1/2 of T10 is CB and Ham. T11 through T13 is land mobile and paging. I have had a case where back in the 80's we had paging leased on our tower and the ingress started at the headend. We ended up re-wiring the headend with quad shield headend cable and replacing all fittings and jumpers. We also improved all grounding and got the headend clean. Then we could look at the system plant and address issues there.
