CM50, I don't know what planet you are from but I work units. The only time I work hourly is when I have to work with company people or for down time waiting for damaged cable to be dug up or travel time. I do not know of any journeymen splicers that would even consider an hourly slot.You obviously are a company man, an employee of a contractor, or a slow , incompetent contractor.
