I was going to say something but you said it all.
And ya know, The motivation that would tempt a new guy to do a good job, as in last man out fix it, just weakens the work force. You spend extra time to "wash the other hand.....you know hoe one hand washes the other?".........and ya see a back charge for failing to meet the time slot............and ya walk away and don't ;ook back.
He who owns the platform can fix it himself. Even if everything is listed on the WO the chance of getting paid has diminished.
