Ohhhh ... I know. I'm well aware of Halsted's chargebacks, underpayments, nonpayments, etc ... It's a miracle they're still in business. I wrote a letter to DirecTV Pres. Chase Carey regarding their business practices. Unfortunately, nothing became of it as far as I know. Anyway, do you know who does cover this area north of Syracuse, Buffalo area?
