I hear ya dawg. I really do. It would be nice if I could have free service too, but it isn't gonna happen.

As for being familiar with how it works .... The MSO can give a comp account to the company you work for though. THAT isn't co-employment. Your store manager just needs to ask the MSO for a comp account for your "Company Training Area".

Every MSO that I've dealt with is willing to assist with Tech Training by providing equipment and service because it IS in the MSO's best interest to have all techs trained on how to use the boxes. Now if your company does not have a training program ... you may want to question the quality of the company you're working for.
