I realize that benefits are expensive, however, a signal is a product that does not cost the cable provider. For example, if I go out and hook myself up... I am not costing the cable provider any revenue whatsoever. And you may say....well they don't have MY revenue, which is true...but that is a small price to pay to keep their contractors happy.
