Kind of a vague question to answer. depends on what is expected of you for sweep, fwd and OR ret? all inclusive pricing or a la carte billable repair items? in house or contractor? you putting together your own books? the list of questions could go on and on. Bottom line is what is expected from YOU? narrow things down a bit more and you may get a somewhat accurate answer.
