Splicing...

I have been doing installs for quite a long time. ( 15 years or more ). Another gentleman mentioned that there was a lot of work if one knew how to splice. So my question is, where could one learn how to splice properly around the Richmond, Virginia area. I go to work every day now just to find out that the work is given to someone else that doesn't have the QC scores that I do. You would think that a 97% average score would guarantee you a decent route. But that's not the case. This is a Post about splice training info. Not a job search.....Thanks...
