I do not like Gonzales.

Toast Has a very good point, Gonzales Broke no laws by firing these people.

Do search on these words, AT WILL EMPLOYER, If you did not know this, It will shock you. You will be surprised at the rights you do not have. AT WILL, Simply put, Means Your employer needs no reason to fire you other than he don't like you, don't want you there.
