If you get the jobs in you make this guy look good. Not paying your installers is bad karma.I was going to do some work for him last summer while I was driving to Nashville doing installs..I guess I am lucky I was swamped and didn't take any work from him..If I don't get paid, man I get mad, and I am one of the best de-installers in this business...If you want jobs installed then pay your damned installers, bottom line..Someone , somewhere opened up a non pay scenario in the contracting business and it has got to stop...Fred Hariston, I hope the dogs keep chewing at your ass until the day you die..You guys don't know the first thing about doing installs but yet you deem yourselves satellite installers..It's the people you contract to who are the installers, not the paper pushers...I HATE CROOKS.....And one more little beef, why do brokers or install companies accept so little pay for service calls..I cover a 200 miles radius around Memphis, all the way to Starkville, MS to Martin , TN and all points in between..How in the hell can I drive 200 miles round trip for $20...I guess I just do this for my health...I wouldn't mind doing service calls if I had caused them...But I do my work correctly and have not had any type of service call in @ least 3 years..I just called a lady on a Sears dish service call. You know what her problem is...Nothing,...she just stated that she has insurance and has never used it..She just wants to me to look @ it and make sure nothing is going to happen...I told her if I was that good I wouldn't be installing dishes, I would play lotto all the time..200 miles round trip on this lady..
