if they don't care then i don't work for them. when i started i heard more than a few times............don't EVER so x,y,z..........we pulled a dead tech out from under a house, or such and such might be back in x amount of time but he broke his back. and these were people that didn't understand ANY excuse. but they didn't want a dead man anymore than i wanted to be dead. if someone doesn't care about your safety move on. that's bottom line. a paycheck does no one any good if they get it after they are dead. doesn't matter how many kids you have starving in the streets. their daddy alive is better than a corpse. period.

people that won't stand up for their own safety won't ever stand up to a pay cut.
