Did work for them in the Dallas area when I called to ask for my retainage they said that we overbilled and was holding on to the hole 35K. I asked them to send me the documention for the overbilling since the whole time we worked there we had a in house supervisor with us everyday and sign off on our paperwork everyday then go over it every Friday still haven't seen or heard anything about the overbilling I have all of are paperwork been calling around for a good attorney in the Dallas area so if you know of any please P.M. thanks Mastec
