You've hit the nail right on the head my friend. I have put in a couple of proposals straight to the MSO and have been rejected because my company "doesn't make enough money a year to qualify". Even though I was cheaper and was probably going to do the work as a sub anyway. I have truly had about enough of the primes taking 50 and 60% and we still take all the risks and do all the work.
very seldom is the right way the easy way.
