Richard Joslyn was paid in excess of $600 to return a lasher that was rightfully WB's. He has since kept the lasher and now is not reachable. He is not returning phone calls and ignoring voice messages. He lives in Stanley Virginia so beware of this lineman. If anyone has any suggestions as to how to make him deliver this to CA "legally of course", I would gladly listen.
